계룡시, '소상공인 한시 경영안정자금' 지원 개시

경기침체로 한계에 다다른 지역 소상공인을 위해 충남 계룡시가 긴급 자금지원에 나선다. 

시는 지난 2일 충남신용보증재단과 손잡고 ‘소상공인 한시 경영안정자금’ 지원을 위한 업무협약을 체결하고, 이달 중순부터 총 30억 원 규모의 자금지원을 본격 추진한다고 3일 밝혔다.

이번 조치는 연초 68억 원 규모로 시행된 특례보증 협약자금이 조기에 소진된 데 따른 후속 대응이다. 시는 자체 재원을 활용한 선제적 지원책으로, 지역 내 소상공인의 경영 위기 해소에 속도를 낼 방침이다.

협약에 따라 충남신용보증재단은 우대보증과 행정 업무 대행을 맡는다. 이날 협약식에는 조소행 충남신용보증재단 이사장이 직접 참석해 “시 자체 기금을 활용하여 선제적으로 소상공인 자금 지원에 나서는 것은 충남 시군에서 최초인 것으로 알고 있으며, 계룡시의 소상공인을 위한 적극 행정에 도움이 될 수 있도록 자금 우대보증 및 업무 대행 등을 적극 협조하겠다”고 말했다.

금융기관 대표로 자리한 NH농협은행 계룡시지부도 대출 집행의 신속성을 높이는 데 최선을 다하겠다는 입장을 밝혔다.

지원 대상은 계룡시 소재 소상공인이며, 업체당 최대 5천만 원까지 신청 가능하다. 대출금리는 시가 1년간 1.5% 이자를 보전해 부담을 덜어줄 계획이다.
