중흥건설그룹 중흥토건은 오는 11일 인천 검단신도시 AA24블록(불로동)에 ‘검단호수공원역 중흥S-클래스’ 견본주택을 열고 분양을 시작한다.
단지는 지하 2층지상 25층, 12개동, 전용면적 84114㎡, 총 1,010세대 규모다. 주택형은 △84㎡A 521세대 △84㎡B 180세대 △112㎡A 74세대 △114㎡A 235세대다.
