2025년 6월 인천시 고용동향

전년동월대비 15세이상인구 경제활동인구 비경제활동인구 각 증가, 취업자 증가 실업자 감소, 36시간 미만 및 36시간 이상 취업자 각 증가, 주당 평균 취업시간 감소

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 경인지방통계청이 16일, 2025년 6월 인천시 고용동향을 발표했다.

 

자료에서 15세이상인구 및 경제활동인구를 보면, 2025년 6월 인천시 15세이상인구는 270만 7천명으로 전년동월대비 3만 8천명(1.4%) 증가했다.

 

경제활동인구는 179만 1천명으로 전년동월대비 3만 6천명(2.0%) 증가했으며, 경제활동참가율은 66.2%로 전년동월대비 0.4%p 상승했다.

 

비경제활동인구는 91만 6천명으로 전년동월대비 3천명(0.3%) 증가했고 성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 33만 1천명으로 1만명(-2.8%) 감소했으나, 여자는 58만 6천명으로 1만 2천명(2.1%) 증가했다.

 

취업자 동향에서 취업자 및 고용률를 보면,  2025년 6월 인천시 취업자는 173만 4천명으로 전년동월대비 4만 3천명(2.5%) 증가했다.

 

성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 남자는 97만 6천명으로 3만 2천명(3.4%) 증가했고, 여자는 75만 8천명으로 1만명(1.4%) 증가했다.

 

고용률은 64.0%로 전년동월대비 0.6%p 상승했으며, 성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 72.9%로 1.4%p 상승했으나, 여자는 55.4%로 동일했다.

 

또, 15~64세 고용률(OECD 비교 기준)은 70.2%로 전년동월대비 0.6%p 상승했다.

 

산업 및 직업별 취업자에서 산업별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 전기․운수․통신․금융업 4만 6천명(18.6%), 사업․개인․공공서비스 및 기타 2만 7천명(4.0%), 제조업 1만명(3.3%) 각각 증가했으나, 도소매․숙박음식점업 2만 7천명(-8.5%), 건설업 2만 2천명(-15.4%)  각각 감소했다.

 

직업별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 사무종사자 2만 3천명(7.2%), 관리자ㆍ전문가 1만 1천명(2.7%), 기능·기계조작·조립·단순종사자 4천명(0.6%) 각각 증가했으나,  서비스ㆍ판매종사자는 1천명(-0.3%) 감소했다.

 

종사상 지위별 취업자에서 종사상 지위별로 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 임금근로자는 2만 6천명(1.9%) 증가했고, 비임금근로자는 1만 7천명(5.3%) 증가했다.

 

임금근로자 중 상용근로자는 3만 4천명(3.3%), 임시근로자는 2천명(0.7%) 각각 증가했으나, 일용근로자는 1만명(-16.7%) 감소했으며, 비임금근로자 중 자영업자는 1만 4천명(4.8%), 무급가족종사자는 3천명(10.4%) 각각 증가했다.

 

취업시간대별 취업자에서 취업시간대별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 36시간 미만 취업자는 36만 6천명으로 7천명(1.8%) 증가했고,  36시간 이상 취업자는 134만 3천명으로 2만 8천명(2.2%) 증가했다.

   

또, 주당 평균 취업시간은 38.9시간으로 전년동월대비 0.1시간 감소했다.

 

실업자 동향을 보면,  2025년 6월 실업자는 5만 8천명으로 전년동월대비 7천명(-10.3%) 감소했으며, 성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 3만 3천명으로 4천명(-10.4%) 감소했고, 여자는 2만 5천명으로 3천명(-10.1%) 감소했다.

 

실업률은 3.2%로 전년동월대비 0.5%p 하락했으며 성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 남자는 3.2%로 0.5%p 하락했고, 여자는 3.2%로 0.4%p 하락했다.
