인천강화경찰서 화도파출소, 기초질서 확립 위한 협력단체 합동 캠페인 실시

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천강화경찰서 화도파출소가 지난 15일 강화군 여름철 최대 관광지인 동막해수욕장을 찾아 동막자율방범대원 및 동막리 이장, 상인 등 협력단체 20여명과 합동으로 ‘공동체 신뢰회복을 위한 3대 기초질서 확립 캠페인’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

강화경찰서에 따르면, 주요 홍보 내용으로는 생활질서 준수(쓰레기 투기행위, 광고물 무단부착, 음주소란), 서민경제 질서 준수(무전취식, 암표매매, 노쑈), 교통 5대 반칙운전 근절(새치기(불법), 유턴, 끼어들기, 꼬리물기, 버스전용차로 위반, 비긴급 구급차 법규위반) 등 주민의 일상에 불편을 초래하고 공공질서를 해치는 행위에 대해 집중적으로 홍보했다.

경찰은 8월 말까지 2개월 동안 홍보·계도기간을 거쳐 9월부터 12월까지 4개월간 집중단속에 나설 방침이다.

화도파출소장 이서겸은 “생활 속 작은 이기심에서 비롯된 일탈과 얌체행위는 주민의 불편을 야기하고 범죄와 사고로 이어 질 수 있다.”며 “앞으로도 유관기관·단체와 협력 해 안전하고 쾌적한 지역 사회를 만들기 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
