(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 7월 21일부터 9월 12일까지 정부 ‘민생회복 소비쿠폰’ 1차 신청 접수를 시작한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 소비쿠폰은 소득과 관계없이 전 국민에게 1인당 15만 원을 지급하며, 차상위계층은 30만 원, 기초생활수급자는 40만 원까지 차등 지급한다.
9월 22일부터는 소득하위 90%를 대상으로 2차 신청을 별도로 진행해 10만 원을 추가 지급하며, 1·2차를 합쳐 최대 50만 원까지 받을 수 있다.
2006년 12월 31일 이전 출생한 성인은 개인별로 신청해야 하며, 미성년자는 동일 주소지의 세대주가 대리 신청할 수 있다.
지급수단은 신용·체크카드, 지역사랑상품권인 부천페이 중에서 선택할 수 있고, 지급 방식에 따라 온라인 또는 동 행정복지센터에서 신청할 수 있다.

대형마트, 백화점, 유흥업소 등 일부 업종에서는 사용이 제한되며, 사용 기한은 11월 30일까지로 기한이 지나면 남은 금액은 자동 소멸된다.
