【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 수성구(구청장 김대권)가 정부의 대규모 경제 지원 정책인 ‘민생회복 소비쿠폰’ 지급을 앞두고 구민 편의를 위한 준비에 본격 착수했다.
수성구는 지난 16일부터 전담 조직을 가동하고, 주민들이 불편 없이 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 행정력을 집중하고 있다고 밝혔다.
이번 소비쿠폰 사업은 고물가로 인한 국민의 부담을 완화하고 소비를 촉진하기 위한 정부 주도 정책으로, 전국민을 대상으로 소득 수준에 따라 1인당 15만 원에서 최대 55만 원까지 차등 지급된다.
비수도권에 속한 수성구 주민은 1차 지급에서 기본 지원금에 가산금 3만 원이 더해져 ▲일반 국민 18만 원 ▲차상위계층 및 한부모가족 33만 원 ▲기초생활수급자 43만 원까지 받을 수 있다. 1차 신청 기간은 7월 21일부터 9월 12일까지이며, 2차 지급은 9월 22일부터 10월 31일까지 진행된다. 2차는 건강보험료 기준 상위 10%를 제외한 대상에게 1인당 10만 원이 추가로 지급된다.
신청은 온라인(카드사·지역사랑상품권 홈페이지, 모바일 앱, 콜센터, ARS)과 오프라인(제휴 은행 영업점, 동 행정복지센터 방문) 모두 가능하며, 지급된 쿠폰은 대구 지역 내 가맹점에서 사용할 수 있다.
수성구는 이번 사업의 원활한 추진을 위해 송기찬 부구청장을 단장으로 하는 ‘민생회복 소비쿠폰 지급 TF’를 구성하고, 신청부터 지급, 사후관리까지 전 과정을 총괄한다. 7월 21일부터는 동 행정복지센터와 구청에 총 63명의 상담 인력을 배치해 현장 대응 체계를 본격 운영한다.
특히 구는 주민 불편을 최소화하기 위해 접수 창구 전담 운영, 대기번호표 배부, 쾌적한 대기 공간 마련, 신청 도우미 배치, ‘찾아가는 신청’ 서비스 등 맞춤형 지원을 제공할 방침이다. 쿠폰 사용이 가능한 가맹점에는 스티커를 부착해 이용 편의성도 높였다.
이와 함께 SNS, 전광판, 리플릿, 현수막 등 다양한 매체를 활용해 사업 내용을 적극 홍보하고 있으며, 수성경찰서와 협력해 스미싱 등 보이스피싱 피해 예방에도 나섰다. 수성구는 정부와 마찬가지로 쿠폰 신청과 관련한 문자 메시지에 URL을 포함하지 않으며, 카드사나 은행도 유사한 안내를 하지 않는다는 점을 주민에게 지속 안내하고 있다.
