전기차 보급 확대로 화재 발생이 증가하자, 남구청은 2024년 특별교부세 2억 원을 확보해 대응 장비를 구축했다.
조재구 남구청장은 “전기차 화재에 대한 불안 해소와 안전한 주차 환경 조성을 위해 질식소화포를 설치했다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 화재에 대비한 안전 관리를 강화하겠다”고 말했다.
