(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시와 인천연구원이 오는 7월 28일 오후 2시, 인천연구원 대회의실에서 ‘소래염전 국가도시공원 추진을 위한 전문가 토론회’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
인천연구원에 따르면, 이번 토론회는 인천시가 소래염전 일원에 국가도시공원 지정을 추진함에 따라, 최근 정책 동향을 공유하고 향후 추진 전략을 심도 있게 논의하고자 마련됐다.
이와 동시에, 국가도시공원 지정 논의 과정에서 함께 논의되고 있는 정책 구상인‘공원도시 인천’의 가능성도 함께 모색할 예정이다.
먼저 공원도시 전략과 관련해서는 싱가포르 국립대학교 건축학부 황윤혜 교수가 “싱가포르 사례를 통해 본 공원도시 추진 방향”을 주제로 기조발표를 하고, 다음으로 국가도시공원 동향에 관해서는 한경대학교 안승홍 교수(한국조경학회 국가도시공원 특별위원회 위원장)와 환경생태연구재단 곽정인 센터장이 발제를 맡는다.
토론 시간에는 서울시립대학교 한봉호 교수, 용산국가공원포럼 김홍렬 의장, 인천대학교 한소영 교수, 인천녹색연합 박주희 사무처장, 인천일보 박정환 대기자, 인천광역시 유광조 공원조성과장이 참여하여 다양한 의견을 나눌 예정이다.
