【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시교육청이 고등학교 1학년 250명을 대상으로 진로탐색과 학습코칭을 동시에 제공하는 '대구진로내비게이션' 프로그램을 운영한다고 29일 밝혔다.
핵심 프로그램인 '진로학습코칭'은 지난 21일부터 오는 8월 2일까지 대구행복한미래재단에서 대면으로 진행된다. 15명씩 소규모 반을 구성해 밀도 있는 토의와 코칭이 가능하도록 했다.
전체 프로그램은 ▲사전 진로탐색검사(원격 2차) ▲진로학습코칭(집합 9차) ▲독서과제 및 추후 멘토링(원격 4차) 등 총 15차시로 구성됐다.
7월부터 11월까지 4개월간 학생 개인별 맞춤형 진로탐색과 학습코칭을 통해 자기주도적 진로설계 역량을 키우는 데 중점을 뒀다.
여름방학 기간 3일간 진행되는 '진로학습코칭'에서는 ▲진로 목표 설정 ▲대학생 멘토와의 만남 ▲나의 진로 고민과 탐색 ▲학습 습관 검사 ▲학습자원 관리 전략 ▲성공 포트폴리오 만들기 ▲나에게 쓰는 편지 등 다양한 활동이 펼쳐진다.
프로그램 운영 중에는 오픈 채팅방을 통해 학생들의 참여 모습을 학부모와 공유하며 소통한다. 코칭 프로그램 이후 11월까지는 온라인 진로 독서와 중간고사·기말고사 직후 2회의 원격 쌍방향 멘토링을 통해 학습 습관 실천의 지속성을 점검하고 상담을 이어간다.
강은희 교육감은 "이번 진로내비게이션 프로그램에 참여하는 고1 학생들이 자신에게 맞는 진로를 탐색하고 목표를 설정해 고등학교 생활 전반과 학습 습관 확립, 진로 결정에 도움이 될 것"이라고 말했다.

Following the coaching program, and continuing through November, students will receive online career readings and two remote, interactive mentoring sessions immediately following midterms and finals to monitor and provide ongoing counseling on the sustainability of their study habits.
Superintendent Kang Eun-hee stated, "High school freshmen participating in this career navigation program will explore their career paths and set goals, which will help them develop overall high school experience, establish study habits, and make career decisions."
