이케아 패밀리 헤이 포인트는 홈퍼니싱, 푸드, 배송 등을 아우르는 풍성한 이케아 쇼핑 경험을 선사하기 위해 도입한 리워드 프로그램이다. 간단한 가입만으로도 이용할 수 있는 이케아 무료 멤버십 프로그램 ‘이케아 패밀리’ 멤버를 대상으로 포인트 적립 및 리워드 혜택을 제공한다.
이케아 패밀리 헤이 포인트는 이케아 코리아 온·오프라인 채널에서 홈퍼니싱, 푸드, 서비스 등 구매 시 결제 금액의 2%가 멤버 계정에 자동 적립된다.
로그인, 위시리스트 생성, 온라인 플래너 사용 등 공식 온라인 몰 또는 앱에서 다양한 미션을 수행하거나 이케아에서 진행하는 이벤트 등에 참여해도 추가 포인트가 제공된다.
