인천시는 오는 9월부터 12월까지 4개월간 지적업무 자료(업무편람·질의회신·사례집·법령해석 등) 체계적 수집·정리, ChatGPT 학습 및 문답형 데이터 구축, 시·군·구 실무자 중심 전담팀(TF) 운영, 실무 검증·테스트를 거쳐 12월 정식 운영을 목표로 하고 있다.
