포스코 노조는 지난 13일 전체 조합원 8,426명을 대상으로 온라인 찬반투표를 실시한 결과, 투표자 8,149명 중 찬성 5,848표(71.76%), 반대 2,301표(28.24%)로 합의안이 가결됐다고 밝혔다. 이번 찬성률은 지난해보다 다소 높은 수치다.

올해 임단협은 수년간 이어진 교섭 결렬과 파업 찬반투표 등 갈등 양상을 벗어나, 평화적 협상이라는 새로운 전환점을 마련했다는 점에서도 주목된다. 이에 따라 포스코는 1968년 창사 이후 57년째 무분규 전통을 이어가게 됐다.
포스코 노사는 오는 17일 이희근 사장과 김성호 노조위원장이 참석한 가운데 2025년 임단협 조인식을 개최할 예정이다.

POSCO's labor and management plan to hold a signing ceremony for the 2025 collective bargaining agreement on the 17th, attended by President Lee Hee-keun and Union Chairman Kim Sung-ho.
