효성중공업은 최근 미국 최대 송전망 운영사로부터 2000여억원 규모의 빅딜을 성사시켰다. 765kV 초고압변압기, 리액터, 차단기 등 대규모 전력기기 공급계약을 체결했다. 이는 한국 업체가 765kV 송전망에 변압기, 차단기 등 토털 전력 솔루션을 풀 패키지로 공급한 첫 사례다.
