부평구에 따르면, 행사 진행 구간은 부평 문화의 거리를 비롯해 테마의 거리, 지하도 상가, 시장로타리 지하상가 등이다.
문화의 거리·지하상가 내 의류매장과 평리단길 커피매장 등 100여 개 점포가 이번 행사에 참여하며, 행사기간 동안 상품을 최대 80%까지 할인한다.
