(브레이크뉴스 인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 28일 송도컨벤시아에서 국내 최대 규모의 수출기업 전시 및 상담회인 ‘2025 Korea Business Expo Incheon’이 성대하게 개막했다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 이번 행사는 제29차 세계한인경제인대회와 연계해 열리며, 전국의 수출 유망 중소기업 450여 개사가 참여해 해외 구매자들과 실질적인 수출상담과 투자유치 협력을 진행한다.
이번 엑스포는 인천시와 ㈔세계한인경제무역협회가 공동 주최하며 참가기업별 맞춤형 구매자 매칭 시스템을 운영하고, 통역지원·해외시장 정보 제공·후속계약 지원 등 전 과정을 체계적으로 관리해 상담이실질적인 계약 성과로 이어질 수 있도록 준비했다.
이번 엑스포는 미용․화장품·식품·바이오·정보기술(IT) 등 한국을 대표하는 핵심 산업 분야의 중소기업 450여 개가 참여했다.
이들은 해외 70여 개국에서 참가한 옥타 회원 및 해외 구매자들과 1:1 수출상담회를 진행했으며 참가기업은 현장에서 업무협약(MOU) 체결 및 수출계약 협의에 들어갔다.
인천시는 이번 행사를 통해 지역 중소기업의 해외 판로를 개척과 글로벌 네트워크 확장을 적극 지원하고 있다.
이를 위해 수출기업 85개 사가 참여하는 인천시 공동 홍보관과 투자유치 홍보관, 한인경제인 대상 비즈니스센터를 운영 중이다.
대회 마지막 날인 10월 30일에는 첨단기술기업 방문 및 인천글로벌캠퍼스를 투어 등 산업시찰이 진행되며, 참가자들의 높은 관심으로 사전신청 시 조기 마감됐다.
