인천강화경찰서, 2025년도 상반기 주민체감안전도 인천청 1위 달성

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천강화경찰서가 11일 합일초등학교에서 강화군청, 합일초 학부모 및 교직원, 강화군 녹색어머니회, 강화군자원봉사센터 등 약 40명이 참석한 가운데 아이들이 안전한 등·하굣길 환경 조성을 위해 범죄예방 홍보·캠페인을 실시했다고 밝혔다. 

강화경찰서에 따르면, 이번 홍보·캠페인은 아이들에게 인기를 끌고 있는 '빼빼로데이(11.11)'날을 맞아  학교폭력·아동학대 등 아동 대상 범죄예방 홍보 전개와 함께, 어린이가 중심이 되고, 보호받는 교통문화로 확산시킨다는 의지가 담겨져 있어, 운전자들에게 충분한 홍보과가 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

고성한 인천강화경찰서장은 “일회성에 그치는 홍보 활동보다 모두가 함께하는 교통안전 실천이 중요하다는 점을 강조하고, 앞으로도 등·하굣길 교통사고 예방 뿐 아니라, 미성년자 약취유인 등 어린이 대상 범죄에 적극 대처해 나갈 것”을 약속했다.

한편, 인천강화경찰서는 전국적으로 미성년자 약취유인 시도 사건이 발생됨에 따라 2025년 9월 18일부터 10월 2일까지 약 2주간, 관내 초등학교 33개소에 총 704명의 경찰 경력을 배치하여 어린이 대상 범죄에 총력 대응했다.
