충남 서산시가 시행 중인 ‘가설건축물 존치기간 만료 사전예고제’가 시민들로부터 꾸준한 긍정적 평가를 받고 있다. 행정 서비스를 한층 세밀하게 보완한 제도로, 시민 불이익을 줄이고 공무 행정력 낭비를 예방하는 데 실질적 효과를 내고 있다.
