세종특별자치시교육청이 학교폭력 사안 대응의 전문성과 일관성을 높이기 위한 현장 중심 연수에 나섰다.
이를 위해 세종시교육청 학교지원본부는 26일 조치원 1927아트센터에서 ‘2025 책임교사 대상 학교폭력 업무 역량 강화 워크숍’을 열고, 세종시 내 108개 학교의 학교폭력 책임교사들을 대상으로 실무 중심 연수를 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 워크숍은 학교폭력 발생 초기의 신속하고 공정한 대응을 위해 마련된 자리로, 학교폭력 사안 처리 절차 및 유의사항 ,학교생활기록부 기재·삭제 요령 ,학교폭력 사안처리 지원단 운영 방안 ,권역별 협의회 운영 체계 등 현장 교사들에게 꼭 필요한 실무 내용을 중점적으로 다뤘다.
또한 교사들의 업무 스트레스를 완화하기 위한 심리 회복 프로그램과 담당자 간 협업 강화를 위한 소통의 시간도 함께 진행됐다.
교육청은 이번 연수를 통해 학교 생활기록부 기재의 전문성 강화와 사안 처리의 일관성·신뢰성 확보, 나아가 책임교사들의 업무 부담 경감을 기대하고 있다.
