검찰이 덤벼들자 다른 공무원들도 대들까봐 겁이 났는지 이재명정부는 한술 더 떠 내란TF를 출범시켰다. 명칭과 명분은 참 고상하다. 헌법수호 정부혁신위 TF라는 이름을 지어냈고, 항소로 까불어대는 비슷한 부류를 '내란동조자'라는 굴레를 띄워 색출에 날려버리지 않으면 남은 4년 반이 불안할지 모른다는 착상을 누가 한 걸까?
김민석 총리 명의로 발표하여 20256년 11월21일 TF설치를 완료하고 12월12일까지 타이트하게 내란동조 공무원을 색출하여 내년 1월31일까지 심사하고, 2월13일 설날연휴 전날 발표하겠다는 거다. 공직사회에 마침내 색출작업의 밀고, 칼바람이 불고 상당수가 두어달 안에 숙청될 모양이다. 편 가르기다. 대통령지지율은 여전히 60%로 높은데 뭐가 불안해서 아직도 내란 병풍을 걷어 제치고 자신 있게 AI혁명을 주도하며 경제 살리기에 매진하여 국민을 통합하는 길로 가지 못하나. 그렇게 하면 지지율이 70% 80%로 올라갈 좋은 여건인데...
정말 대한민국의 국운을 다시 틔여 주는 제2의 한강의 기적을 만들어내고 AI혁명에 성공하여 청년들이 좋은 일자리를 찾고 결혼을 서두르고 저출산이 무슨 말이냐는 듯 경제가 활력을 되찾게 국가를 경영해놓으면 퇴임 후 "대장동 재판하지 말자"고 보수세력에서 두둔해 줄텐데.
궁금하긴 하다. 내란TF가 국가공무원 75만명가운데 내란 동조자를 추려내 처벌하겠다는데. 그런 공직자가 과연 있었을까. 그런 여건이 되긴 했나? 내 머리가 아둔해서인지 나는 내란동조공무원의 존재에 대해 도저히 이해가 안 간다.
한번 보자. 윤석열 전 대통령은 와이프(김건희)가 특검을 당할까봐., 당시 민주당 이재명과 국힘 한동훈이 동조해 김건희를 잡아갈까봐 옹졸하게 계엄을 했다는 게 정설이다. 다들 미쳤다고 했다. 나는 지금도 미친X이라고 생각한다. 윤석열 전 대통령은 계엄놀음을 벌이면서 함께 모의한 자는 김용현 전 국방장관, 이상민 전행안부장관, 노상원 전 정보사령관 등 3명이 확인된다. 계엄은 12월3일 밤 11시에 발동됐고 새벽2시 이전에 국회에서 이재명 민주당과 한동훈 국민의힘 일부세력의 표결로 해제됐다. 그 시간동안 군 병력이 국회와 과천 중앙선관위에 들이닥쳤다. 그 행위가 나중 재판에서 밝히겠지만 내란이면 내란이다.
군을 동원한 장군들 정도가 내란가담자일 것이다. 이들은 지금 모조리 감방에 갇혀있고 특검들로 부터 수사 받고 곧 재판에 넘겨질 것이다. 윤석열 전 대통령은 따로 지귀연 판사에게 재판을 받는 중이며 내년 1월내로 1심판결이 나올 것이다. 이게 내란이면 내란 연루자들은 이미 다 잡혀 들어가 사법 처리되고 재판을 받고 있으니 내란은 종친 거 아닌가? 내가 머리가 나빠 이해를 못하나? 지난해 12월3일 계엄날 한덕수총리를 위시해 국무위원들이 윤석열 전 대통령의 계엄발표에 갑자기 동원돼 임시국무회의에 졸지에 불려왔지만 다들 계엄이 있는 줄도 몰랐다는 건 이미 밝혀진바 있다. 윤석열 본인이 엊그제 한덕수총리 재판에 증인으로 나와 "한총리가 계엄에 반대했다"고 명백하게 인정하는 증언을 해줬다.

헌법수호 정부혁신은 내란색출과 어울리지 않는 단어조합이다. 그런데 그렇게 TF명함을 찍었다. 누가? 왜? 뭘 노리며 이런 작동을 하는걸까? 내란동조활동기간은 지난 2024년 6월~2-25년 4월기간 동안이다. 계엄일은 지난 2024년 12월3일 전후로 10개월 간을 보겠다는 거다.
역사적으로 이런 비슷한 사례가 있긴 했다. 가장 대표적인 게 1933년 2월27일 독일의회 방화사건과 이후 범인 색출작업이다. 나치에 반대하여 불순분자가 불을 질렀다는 건데 나치는 이후 정치적 적대세력인 사회민주당 주요인물들을 모조리 제거할 구실로 사용했다.(2차대전 후에 보니 방화는 나치 자작극이었다) 독재체제에서 이와 비슷한 일들이 많았는데 여기서 일일이 열거하긴 싫다. 조지오웰의 소설 1984에도 비슷한 사건이 전개된다. 진리부 이야기다.
체제에 반대생각을 지닌 자들을 척결하는 명령이 내려오고 그러면 적을 색출하는 게 아니라 누가 내편이고 아닌지를 걸러내는 작업을 하는 것이다. 신문보도를 보면 내란동조 의심을 받는 공무원에 대해, 혹은 검사 경찰 군 간부, 기획재정부 국장 과장에 대해 누군가 몰래 익명으로 제보를 하면 친정부 인사로 이뤄진 TF에서 면밀 심사하여 가려내겠다는 것이다.

Martial law was declared at 11 p.m. on December 3rd, and was lifted just before 2 a.m. by a vote in the National Assembly by Lee Jae-myung of the Democratic Party and some factions of Han Dong-hoon of the People Power Party. During that time, military forces stormed the National Assembly and the National Election Commission in Gwacheon. Their actions, as the trial will later reveal, constituted rebellion.
The generals who mobilized the military were likely participants in the rebellion. They are all currently incarcerated, under investigation by special prosecutors, and will soon be brought to trial. Former President Yoon Seok-yeol is currently on trial before Judge Ji Gwi-yeon, and the first trial is expected to be completed within January of next year. In these instances, the informant is guaranteed complete anonymity. Whether this is simply fabrication, like Orwell's 1984, or a case of a tip-off, remains unclear. Ultimately, is this an attempt to impose some kind of restraint by distinguishing between those on the side and those against? Song Eon-seok, floor leader of the opposition People Power Party, stated, "A task force to crack down on rebellion, destroying the Constitution, has been launched. This is a barbaric attempt to tame public servants by a regime that surpasses even the purge of public officials under the Chun Doo-hwan military regime."
