고양특례시 대화도서관은 ‘대화(AI)와 덕이(문학)의 만남’을 주제로 오는 12월 6일 ‘2025 대화도서관 메이커 북페스티벌’을 개최한다.

이번 행사는 고양시민 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 200여 명을 대상으로 덕이도서관 1층 메이커스페이스와 지하 1층 트윈스페이스에서 오전 10시부터 오후 4시까지 특별강연과 체험활동으로 진행된다.
행사에서는 대화도서관의 미래산업 특성화프로그램이 덕이도서관의 문학과 결합해 메이커 교육의 다양한 면모를 선보일 예정이다.
AI를 활용한 프로그램으로는 AI 캐리커처 배지, AI 오목대결, AI 자율주행 체험이 마련되며, AR·코딩 분야에서는 AR 컬러링, 글씨를 쓰는 코딩로봇 체험 등이 운영된다.
메이커 체험 프로그램도 풍성하다.
3D펜 체험, 슈링클스 키링 만들기, 우드 각인 책갈피, 책도장 만들기, 머그컵 만들기 등 남녀노소가 함께 즐길 수 있는 체험 부스가 준비돼 연말 가족 나들이 코스로도 손색이 없다는 평가다.
지하 1층 트윈스페이스에는 포토부스가 운영되며, 1층 로비에서는 삼행시 이벤트와 대형 범블비 로봇과의 기념 촬영이 마련돼 참가자들에게 색다른 볼거리와 추억을 제공할 예정이다.
대화도서관 관계자는 “메이커 페스티벌을 통해 가족과 함께 미래산업도서관을 체험하고 즐기는 유익한 시간이 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.
