【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 2025년도 옥외 광고 업무 유공 포상에서 행정안전부 장관상 수상, 도에서 실시한 시군종합평가에서 최우수기관으로 선정돼 2관왕을 달성했다고 8일 밝혔다.
이번 옥외 광고 업무 평가는 옥외 광고 분야 지식과 경험이 풍부한 공무원과 민간위원으로 구성된 평가 위원회의 공정하고 객관적인 심사 절차를 거쳤다.
세부 평가는 △불법 광고물 정비 △올바른 광고 문화 기반 조성을 위한 노력도와 우수사례 △정당 현수막 정비 관리 △불법 광고물 예방·정비 협업 △수거 현수막 재활용 실적과 우수사례 등의 추진 성과에 대해 중점적으로 이뤄졌다.
군은 충북혁신도시 복합혁신센터와 레이크 뮤지엄파크 특화경관사업장에 폐현수막 재활용 제품인 테이블과 옥외 벤치 등을 설치해 자원 활용 선순환 체계를 강화한 점에 높은 평가를 받았다.
또한, 민·관 협업 불법 광고물 정비 기반 구축으로 지속가능한 광고 문화 조성, 정당 현수막 난립 방지를 위한 현수막 게시대 설치 유도, 스마트 전자게시대 설치를 통한 현수막 감축과 디지털 광고 문화 선도 등 올바르고 체계적인 관리로 높은 점수를 받았다.
군은 앞으로도 불법 광고물 근절을 위해 불법 행위에 대한 과태료 부과 등의 행정조치 시행, 현수막 업사이클링으로 탄소중립 실현, 불법 광고물 정비 위탁 계약 등을 추진할 방침이다.
