안양시에서는 올해부터 지역 돌봄의 통합지원이 확대된다.
안양시는 12일 ▲드론 활용 재난 대응 시스템 구축·운영 ▲지역돌봄 통합지원사업 시행 ▲가족돌봄수당 지원 ▲청년임대주택 공급 ▲안양시 청년월세 지원(사업 대상 확대) ▲평촌도서관 재개관 등 '2026년 더 좋아지는 안양 10선'을 소개했다.
안양시는 올해 3월 '의료·요양 등 지역돌봄의 통합지원에 관한 법률' 시행을 앞두고 시민이 살던 곳에서 생애 말까지 건강하고 존엄한 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 통합돌봄체계 구축에 본격적으로 나선다.
관련 39개 사업을 하나의 체계로 연계해 방문의료·퇴원환자 지역사회 연계, 일상생활 돌봄, 주거환경 개선 등 서비스를 단계적으로 확대할 계획으로 1월 말 조례 심사를 거쳐 2월에 조례를 공포할 예정이다.
'가족돌봄수당 지원'은 자녀 양육의 사회적 가치를 존중하고 부모의 양육 부담 완화를 위해 지난해 시범 운영한 사업으로, 오는 3월부터는 24~36개월 아동을 돌보는 중위소득 150% 이하 양육공백 발생 가정을 대상으로 본격 실시한다.
월 40시간 이상 돌봄을 지원하는 4촌 이내 친인척이나 이웃 주민에게 아동 수에 따라 30만~60만 원을 지원한다.
'청년월세 지원'사업은 올해 지원 대상을 120% 이하인 19~39세의 무주택 청년으로 확대했으며, 더 많은 청년들에게 혜택을 제공하기 위해 지원 금액은 월 10만 원으로 조정했다.
자율주행버스 '주야로'는 3월부터 비산초등학교·비산노인종합복지관을 경유하는 노선으로 확대하며, 재건축이 진행 중인 평촌도서관(관양동 1589-5)은 올 하반기 재개관한다. 또, 지난해 구축한 드론통합상황실을 기반으로 올해 드론을 활용한 재난 대응체계를 본격 가동한다.
