파주시가 맞벌이 가구 증가와 운정신도시 초등학교 개교 지연, 학급 과밀 문제로 늘어난 공적 돌봄 수요에 대응하기 위해 2026년 '파주형 다함께돌봄센터' 설치 장소를 공개 모집한다.
다함께돌봄센터는 소득 수준과 관계없이 6~12세 초등학생을 대상으로 상시·일시 돌봄, 체험활동, 학습·놀이 프로그램 등을 제공하는 시설이다.
이번 모집 대상 설치 장소는 전용면적 66㎡ 이상이어야 하며, 아파트 주민공동시설, 제1종 근린생활시설, 단독주택, 노유자시설 등에서 신청할 수 있다.
해당 공간은 최소 5년 이상 무상 제공이 가능해야 하고, 시설 주변 50m 이내에 청소년 출입금지 업소가 없어야 하며, 안전성과 접근성이 확보된 장소여야 한다.
시는 선정된 설치 장소에 새 단장 비용 5천만 원과 기자재 비용 2천만 원을 지원한다. 또한 운영비와 인건비도 별도로 지원될 예정이다.
설치 장소가 확정된 이후에는 운영 자격을 갖춘 민간위탁 기관을 공개 모집할 계획이다.

파주시는 2024년 말 15개소였던 다함께돌봄센터를 2025년 한 해 동안 11개소 추가해 총 26개소로 확대하며 전국 최다 설치 실적을 기록했다.
