충남도가 청년정책 정보의 접근성과 이용 편의성을 높이기 위해 청년포털에 생성형 인공지능(AI) 기반 챗봇 서비스를 도입했다. 단편적인 공지 위주의 정보 제공에서 벗어나, 청년 개개인의 질문에 즉각적으로 대응하는 대화형 안내 체계를 구축했다는 점에서 정책 전달 방식의 전환으로 평가된다.
