【브레이크뉴스 경산】이성현 기자=대구대학교(총장 박순진)가 고용노동부 주관 ‘2025년 대학청년고용서비스 사업 성과평가’에서 최고 등급인 ‘우수’를 획득하며 청년 취업 지원 분야에서 우수한 성과를 입증했다.

특히 이번 평가는 대구대가 수행 중인 대학청년고용서비스 4개 사업 모두가 ‘우수’ 등급을 받은 결과로, 체계적인 사업 운영과 실질적인 취업 성과를 동시에 인정받았다는 점에서 의미가 크다.
이번 성과평가는 ▲대학일자리플러스센터 ▲재학생 맞춤형 고용서비스 ▲졸업생 특화 프로그램 ▲고교생 맞춤형 고용서비스 등 총 4개 사업을 대상으로 진행됐다.
대구대는 연간 약 20억 원 규모의 국고 지원을 바탕으로 재학생은 물론 졸업생과 지역 청년까지 아우르는 원스톱 취업 지원 시스템을 운영해 왔다. 진로 탐색 단계부터 개인별 상담, 역량 강화 프로그램, 기업 연계, 취업 이후 사후 관리까지 연계한 체계적인 지원이 높은 평가를 받았다.
이번 우수 평가로 대구대는 2022년과 2024년에 이어 2025년까지 총 3회 우수 평가를 달성하며 사업 1년 연장 인센티브를 확보했다. 이에 따라 약 20억 원 규모의 국고 사업비를 추가로 확보하는 실질적인 성과도 거두게 됐다.
이와 함께 대구대 취업지원팀 김중호 팀장은 대학일자리플러스센터 특화 프로그램인 ‘반도체 직무 아카데미’를 통해 우수한 청년 취업 성과를 이끌어낸 공로를 인정받아 고용노동부 장관 표창을 수상했다.
오진희 대구대 학생처장은 “이번 성과는 청년고용서비스 사업이 단순한 프로그램 운영을 넘어 실질적인 취업 성과로 이어지고 있음을 보여주는 결과”라며 “앞으로도 재학생과 졸업생, 지역 청년을 아우르는 맞춤형 취업 지원 서비스를 더욱 강화해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

The university received high praise for its systematic support, which encompasses everything from career exploration to individual counseling, capacity building programs, corporate linkages, and post-employment follow-up care.
