김찬술 대덕구청장 입후보예정자가 대덕구의 지체된 재개발·재건축 사업을 정상화하기 위해 현장 관계자들과 머리를 맞댔다.
김 예비후보는 10일 오전 대덕구 중리동에서 ‘재개발·재건축 정책간담회’를 열고 사업 추진의 고질적인 문제점인 행정 지연과 전문성 부족, 조합원 부담 증가 등에 대한 실질적인 해법을 논의했다.
이날 간담회에서 김 예비후보는 사업 지연이 곧 공사비 상승과 조합원 부담으로 직결되는 현장의 절박함을 확인했다. 참석자들은 인허가 과정의 행정 공백과 국·공유지 동의 절차의 복잡함 등을 호소하며 공공의 전향적인 태도를 요구했다.
