이번에 선보인 ‘영주 일승지마을 하룻밤 촌캉스’는 농촌에서 먹고 즐기며 휴식을 취하는 1박2일 체험형 관광상품이다. 지역 특산물을 활용한 풍기인견 천연염색 체험과 부석태 두부 만들기 프로그램을 비롯해 제철 식재료로 구성한 식사, 지역 대표 관광지 관람 코스, 쾌적한 숙박이 결합된 일정으로 구성됐다.
관람 코스에는 부석사와 소수서원 등이 포함돼 있어 지역 역사·문화 체험까지 가능하다. 해당 상품은 체험과 휴식을 동시에 즐길 수 있는 프로그램으로 입소문을 타며 영주 대표 관광상품으로 자리 잡고 있다.
프로모션은 2월 19일부터 선착순 100명을 대상으로 진행된다. 상품 가격은 20%, 왕복 열차 운임은 50% 할인되며, 참가자에게는 촌캉스 꽃무늬 조끼가 기념품으로 제공된다.
이번 행사는 ‘더 빨라진 KTX-이음 타고 안(동)영(주)하세요~’를 테마로 인구감소지역 활성화를 위해 마련됐다. 중앙선 고속화 개통으로 부산 부전역에서 영주역까지 이동 시간이 2시간 3분으로 단축되면서 접근성이 크게 개선됐다.

박찬조 본부장은 “중앙선 고속화로 영주가 주말에 부담 없이 찾을 수 있는 여행지로 한층 가까워졌다”며 “앞으로도 경북지역과 연계한 철도관광 상품을 확대해 지역이 철도관광 거점으로 도약할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The newly launched "Yeongju Ilseungji Village Overnight Village Cottage" is a two-day, one-night experiential tour package that allows travelers to enjoy food, entertainment, and relaxation in a rural setting. The itinerary includes a natural dyeing experience using local specialties, a program to make Buseoktae tofu, meals prepared with seasonal ingredients, tours of key local attractions, and comfortable accommodations.
The tour includes visits to Buseoksa Temple and Sosu Seowon, offering a chance to experience local history and culture. This program, which combines experience and relaxation, has gained widespread recognition and become a representative tourist attraction in Yeongju.
