대전 대덕구가 3월 27일 시행될 돌봄통합지원법을 앞두고 지역 통합돌봄 체계를 민관 협력으로 다지는 데 박차를 가하고 있다.
대덕구는 24일 구청 대회의실에서 지역사회 통합돌봄 추진 현황과 2026년 운영 방향을 점검하는 통합지원협의회를 열었다.
보건·복지·의료·주거·돌봄 분야 유관기관과 민간 전문가들이 모여 기관 역할 재정비와 서비스 연계 방안을 논의했다.
회의 안건은 2025년 실적 평가, 2026년 사업 계획, 의료·요양 통합돌봄 전국화에 따른 협의회 역할 확대, 현장 애로 개선 등이었다.
참석자들은 고령자와 돌봄 대상 주민이 지역사회에서 건강한 생활을 이어갈 수 있도록 분야 간 협업을 강화해야 한다는 데 공감대를 형성했다.
특히 현장 중심 사례관리와 지속 가능한 돌봄망 구축을 통해 법 시행 후 혼선을 최소화하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
대덕구 관계자는 “이번 회의를 통해 유관기관 간 협력의 중요성을 재확인했다”며 “민관이 함께 주민 체감형 통합돌봄을 실현하겠다”고 밝혔다.
앞으로 정기 협의회를 통해 지역 맞춤 정책을 발굴하고, 초고령 사회 대덕구의 돌봄 안전망을 강화할 계획이다.
대덕구는 이미 의료·돌봄 통합지원 시범사업에서 성과를 내 보건복지부의 벤치마킹 대상이 된 바 있어, 이번 움직임이 전국 모델로 자리 잡을 전망이다.
