【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군보건소는 5일 보건소에서 남강의원(원장 연재현)과 ‘장기요양 재택의료센터 시범사업 협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
앞서 군은 증평형 노인복지모델의 일환으로 남강의원과 협력해 방문진료 서비스를 도입하며 마을 중심 돌봄망에 의료 기능을 결합해 왔다.
이번 협약은 그 연장선에서 한 단계 더 나아가, 의사·간호사·사회복지사가 함께 참여하는 다학제 팀을 구성해 체계적인 재택의료 서비스를 제공하기 위한 제도적 기반을 마련한 것이다.
장기요양 재택의료센터는 장기요양 재가급여 수급자 중 1~2등급자를 우선 대상으로 한다.
거동이 불편해 재택의료가 필요하다고 의사가 판단할 경우, 다학제 팀이 대상자별 건강 상태와 생활 여건을 종합적으로 평가해 맞춤형 관리 계획을 수립한다.
의사는 월 1회 이상 정기 방문진료를 실시하고, 간호사는 월 2회 이상 방문간호와 복약 지도를 담당한다.
사회복지사는 주거 환경과 복지 자원 연계 필요성을 점검하고 군 통합돌봄 체계와 연계해 서비스를 조정한다.
의료와 복지를 분리하지 않고 하나의 생활권 안에서 통합 관리하는 구조다.
이를 통해 병원 방문이 쉽지 않아 치료를 미루던 고령층도 익숙한 가정에서 안정적으로 의료서비스를 받을 수 있게 된다.
