예 지금 선거를 지금 뛰고 있는 중인데요. 이게 자기가 추구하던 바가 이렇게 한순간에 공식적으로 바뀐다는 것은 좀 사실은 감당하기 어려운 상황이었습니다.
그럼에도 불구하고 저는 우리가 그 당시 제가 반발을 한다고 하면 예 우리 당 전체가 그 다음에 더불어민주당 선거 자체가 어려울 것 같아서 그냥 수용하는 방법을 택했습니다.사실은 거기까지 결심하기도 저도 굉장히 힘들었습니다.
법원 변호사를 통해서 가처분까지 신청을 하려고 했었습니다.사실은 그 정도로 가슴이 아팠긴 했지만 그럼에도 불구하고 선당후사의 정신으로 제가 일단은 당의 방침에 따르는 게 맞다라는 생각을 통해서 그 순간을 좀 이겨내는 이겨냈습니다.

어 저는 절대 방관하지 않았습니다. 사실은 그 당시에 우리 당에 우리 당 후보들을 위해서 일단은 기초의원들 그다음에 도의원 광역의원 그 당선을 위해서 매우 뛰었고요.특히 또 도지사 캠프에서 본격적으로 활동을 했습니다.
그리고 우리 당시 사실은 제가 공천이 바뀌어 가지고 우리 후보에게 한번 찾아갔었습니다.설악에서 선거 연설을 하는데 찾아갔음에도 불구하고 그때 사정이 여의치가 않았던 것 같습니다.
제가 연설을 하려고 했었는데 그때 아마 제가 연설할 수 있는 입장이 안 되었던 것 같습니다.그래서 제가 연설하러 찾아갔지만 연설하지 못하 못하게 왔기 때문에 제가 방관하거나 절대 그런 적은 없습니다.
