경기도의회 도시환경위원회 유영일 부위원장(국민의힘, 안양5)이 지난 4월 6일 경기도의회 안양상담소에서 경기주택도시공사(GH)로부터 ‘GH Bridge 2030’ 행동계획 추진현황을 보고받고 주요 정책 방향을 점검했다.
이날 보고에서는 정부 부동산 정책의 실행 주체로서 GH의 사업 역량 강화와 추진 동력 확보 방안이 중점적으로 다뤄졌다. 특히 조기 착공과 공급 물량 확대, 공법 혁신 등을 통해 ‘GH형 패스트트랙’을 전 사업지구로 확대하고, 물량·착공·준공 등 3대 목표 달성을 추진하는 계획이 제시됐다.

유영일 부위원장은 “주택공급은 단순한 물량 확대를 넘어 속도와 품질, 지역 맞춤형 정책이 함께 이뤄져야 한다”며 “GH가 제시한 패스트트랙 모델이 실효성 있게 작동해 도민이 체감할 수 있는 주거안정 성과로 이어지길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “현장 중심의 실행력과 주민과의 소통이 정책 성패를 좌우한다”며 “경기도의회도 주거 안정과 공급 확대를 위한 점검과 지원을 지속해 나가겠다”고 강조했다.

On April 6, Yoo Young-il, Vice Chairman of the Urban Environment Committee of the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly (People Power Party, Anyang 5), received a report on the progress of the ‘GH Bridge 2030’ action plan from the Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) at the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly Anyang Consultation Office and reviewed key policy directions.
