충남 태안군이 아동부터 어르신까지 전 세대가 한데 어우러져 소통하고 화합하는 특별한 힐링의 시간을 마련했다.
태안군은 태안군가족센터를 통해 세대 간 유대감을 강화하고 공동체 의식을 높이기 위한 2026년 온세대 힐링 프로그램 ‘온 세대가 잇는 하루’를 본격 운영한다고 10일 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 서로 다른 세대가 함께 다양한 활동을 수행하며 경험을 공유하고, 이를 통해 세대 간의 심리적 거리감을 좁혀 서로를 깊이 이해하고 공감하는 문화를 확산하기 위해 기획됐다.
운영 기간은 4월 9일부터 23일까지이며, 매주 목요일마다 총 3회에 걸쳐 진행된다. 태안군가족센터 내 가족놀터와 다채움실, 공감식탁 등 특화된 공간에서 10가정이 참여해 다채로운 체험 활동을 펼친다.
세부 교육 과정은 참여자들의 흥미와 정서적 교감을 고려해 구성됐다.
전신 근육을 움직이며 소통하는 ‘신체놀이’를 시작으로 ,가족 식탁에 활력을 불어넣을 허브 화분을 제작하는 ‘원예 테라피’ ,달콤한 디저트를 함께 구워보는 ‘휘낭시에 만들기’ 베이커리 활동 등이 차례로 이어진다.
태안군은 이번 활동을 통해 참가자들이 가족 내 또는 이웃 세대 간의 협동심을 기르는 것은 물론, 일상 속 스트레스를 해소하고 건강한 공동체 문화를 형성하는 계기가 될 것으로 내다보고 있다.
