문채원의 소속사 블리츠웨이엔터테인먼트는 15일 공식입장을 통해 “문채원이 소중한 인연을 만나 오는 6월 결혼을 앞두고 있다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “예비 배우자는 비연예인으로, 결혼식은 가족과 가까운 친지들을 모시고 비공개로 진행될 예정이다. 양가 가족들을 배려해 구체적인 사항은 공개하기 어려운 점 너른 양해 부탁드린다”며 “문채원의 새로운 출발에 따뜻한 축복을 보내주면 감사하겠다”고 덧붙였다.
문채원은 이날 자신의 SNS를 통해 자필 편지를 게재, 직접 결혼 소식을 전했다.
문채원은 “데뷔 이후 지금까지 따뜻한 관심과 응원을 보내준 분들에게 직접 소식을 전해드리고 싶었다. 가정을 이루고 가꾸어 갈 생각에 조금은 떨리고, 그보다는 설레이기도 한다. 앞으로는 보다 다양한 모습으로 활동하려는 계획을 가지고 있다”고 적었다.
그러면서 문채원은 “많이 웃고 행복한 날들이 여러분께 펼쳐지기를 기도한다. 따뜻한 봄날, 많이 행복하세요. 늘 감사합니다”라며 자필 편지를 마무리했다.
