봄 바람은 위대하다네
얼굴 한번 안 보여주면서도
기어이 차가운 겨울을 몰아내고야 말았다네.
봄 바람이 제 혼자서
화려한 꽃소식을 불러들였다네.
화엄사 각황전에 핀 홍매화는
사람들 마음 구석구석을 흔들어댄다네
보이지 않은 실핏줄까지 흔들어 댄다네.
사람들 맘 어디까지를 파고들지
어디까지 물들게 할지를
얼마나 환장하게 할지를, 그 아무도 모른다네.
이른 봄, 홍매화 피었다는 꽃소식 듣고
떠나간 여인이 화사한 얼굴로, 꿈에라도
절 목탁소리에 얼굴 붉힌
홍매화 꽃잎처럼 살며시 나타나면
