울진군(군수 전찬걸)은 영농일손 부족 해소와 유휴인력 일자리 창출을 위해 2022년 농촌인력중개(지원)사업 수요조사 신청·접수를 오는 24일까지 거주지 읍면사무소에서 받는다고 3일 밝혔다.

농촌인력중개(지원)센터 인건비는 1인 1일 기준 80,000원이며 울진군에서 15,000원을 지원하고, 농가에서는 65,000원을 부담하게 된다.
내년에는 센터별 지역할당을 통해 작업자의 이동거리 시간을 최소화하고 효율적인 인력공급 체계를 구축할 예정이다.
울진군은 2021년에 농촌인력중개센터(남울진농협 온정지점)를신규 개소하고 농촌인력지원센터(농협중앙회 울진군지부)와함께 총 7,907명의 농촌인력을 지원하여 코로나19로 인한 농촌일손 부족문제 해소에 크게 기여를 했다.
오는 12월 중순경 주민설명회를 통해 2021년 사업평가, 2022년 시행지침안내 및 농가 의견수렴을 할 계획이다.
