대구대학교(총장 김상호)가 2022학년도 정시모집 지원전략 및 입학설명회 개최했다고 밝혔다.
지난 14일 대구 호텔라온제나에서 열린 이번 행사에는 김상호 대구대 총장을 비롯해 대구·경북지역 고교 진학지도 및 부장 교사 등 90여 명이 참석한 가운데 정시모집 설명회가 이어졌다.

행사는 대구·경북지역 고교 진학지도 및 부장 교사를 대상으로 2022학년도 정시모집 대비 지원전략을 안내하고 대구대 설명회를 통한 정시모집을 안내하기 위해 마련되었으며 1부와 2부 행사로 나누어 진행되었다.
1부 행사에서는 박용택 큰길교육 대표가 정시모집군 변화, 대학수학능력시험(수능) 과목별 반영 비율, 대구·경북권 대학 지원전략 등에 대해 설명했고 정준구 대구대 입학사정관이 대구대 전형 일정, 주요 학사제도, 장학혜택, 기숙 환경 등을 내용으로 대형종합대학의 장점에 대해 상세히 안내했다.
이어서 2부에서는 이만기 유웨이중앙교육 소장이 ‘2022학년도 정시모집 지원 필수 체크리스트 점검’이라는 주제로 인문계·자연계 학생의 교차지원 경향, 수험생 설문조사 결과, 정시 전략 수립 확인 사항 등 교원을 대상으로 한 정시 대비전략에 대해 설명했다.
김상호 대구대 총장은 “정시모집을 앞두고 대구·경북지역 고교 진학지도 및 부장 교사를 대상으로 진학지도에 도움을 주기 위해 이번 설명회를 마련했다”면서 “사회적 약자를 위한 대학, 민주화된 대학이라는 뚜렷한 정체성을 지닌 대구대로 전국의 우수한 고교생들이 많이 지원하길 바란다”고 말했다.
