3일 이인선 예비후보는 “명품 중·남구 조성하겠다”는 다짐을 전하며 이를 위해 △도시철도 1.2.3호선 인근의 역세권 개발 △노후지역 대상의 공공주택복합사업 활성화 △가로주택정비사업 조속 추진 등을 세부공약으로 내세웠다.
이 후보가 밝힌 역세권 개발사업은 도시철도 1.2.3호선이 구축돼있는 중·남구지역의 명덕역 등 환승역 일대 역세권 개발지구 조성을 통해 재건축·재개발 활성화 등 도시 기능 강화 및 발전을 위한 기폭제로 삼겠다는 게 골자다.
