한국사학진흥재단, VISION 2030 실현을 위한 조직 개편 실시

한국사학진흥재단(이사장 홍덕률, 이하 ‘KASFO‘)이 VISION 2030 실현을 위한 조직 개편과 인사단행 소식을 전했다.

KASFO는 급변하는 교육환경의 변화에 대응하기 위해 대내외 경영 여건을 반영하여 기존 2실 3본부 8부 체계에서 4본부 3실 9부 2센터 체계로 조직 개편을 실시하고, 지난 1일 개편된 조직에 따라 대대적인 인사를 완료했다고 밝혔다.

이번 조직 개편은 미래 교육환경의 변화에 발맞춰 정책연구 및 신규사업 발굴 기능을 강화(미래정책연구실 신설)하고, 한계대학 및 폐교의 종합적 관리 역량(대학혁신사업본부 설치)을 집중하는 방향으로 개편되었으며 특히 학령인구 감소에 따른 폐교대학의 증가가 예견되는 환경에 대응하기 위해 폐교대학 전담 관리 조직(폐교대학 종합관리센터)를 새롭게 조직했다.

아울러 KASFO는 변화된 조직에 효율적 인력배치를 통해 원활한 사업을 추진하고자 인사발령을 실시했다.

이를 통해 홍덕률 이사장은 “급변하는 교육환경에 맞춰 보다 적극적이고 선제적으로 변화를 준비하고, 이를 기반으로 대학발전을 지원하는 기관으로 거듭날 것”이라는 기대를 전했다.

Through this, Chairman Hong Deok-ryul expressed his expectation, “We will be reborn as an institution that supports the development of universities by preparing for changes more actively and preemptively in line with the rapidly changing educational environment.”
