브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 종합 인테리어 내장재 전문 생산기업 에이스홈데코(대표 최순진)가 "경기도 부천시 고강동 아파트 건설현장에 ABS도어와 3연동 중문을 대거 공급했다"고 26일 밝혔다.
신축 아파트에 공급된 에이스홈데코의 ABS도어(AD-114)는 기존의 단색, 민무늬 패턴에서 벗어나 모던&내추럴 스타일이 가미된 제품이다. 화이트 톤의 펄백색이 적용됐으며 표면은 자연 소재의 질감을 표현하고 직선의 분할을 통해 세련된 공간 연출이 가능토록 했다.
3연동 중문은 알루미늄 프레임으로 내구성이 뛰어나며, 외부 소음이나 단열, 미세먼지 차단 등 실생활에 편리하다. 프레임은 세련된 메탈그레이 컬러로 마감했으며, 개방감과 안정성을 고려해 망입유리가 적용됐다. 유리와 유리 사이에 철망을 넣은 망입유리는 파손 시에도 유리 조각과 가루가 날리지 않아 안전하다.
에이스홈데코는 스마트 자동화 설비를 통해 고품질 ABS도어 대량 생산이 가능해졌다. 도어의 바코드 정보 인식 후 상하좌우 동시에 재단이 가능한 오토 테노너, 엣지 마감, 실린더 타공 등 원-스톱 자동화 설비라인을 통해 제품을 생산한다.
에이스홈데코 관계자는 “금번 제품 공급을 통해 제품 브랜드 인지도를 크게 끌어 올릴 수 있는 계기를 만들었을 뿐 아니라 앞으로 주변 인테리어점들의 제품 문의가 이어질 것으로 전망”하며, “스마트 자동화설비를 통해 양질의 제품 공급으로 고객 만족을 실현하겠다”라고 전했다.

Ace Home Deco's ABS door (AD-114), which was supplied to a new apartment, is a product with modern and natural styles, away from the existing monochrome and plain patterns. A white-tone pearl white color is applied, and the surface expresses the texture of natural materials and allows sophisticated space to be created through straight division.
The three-linked middle gate is an aluminum frame with excellent durability and is convenient in real life such as external noise, insulation, and fine dust blocking. The frame is finished with a sophisticated metal gray color, and mesh glass is applied in consideration of openness and stability. The retracted glass, which has a wire mesh between the glass and the glass, is safe because pieces of glass and powder do not fly even when damaged.
Ace Home Deco is now able to mass-produce high-quality ABS doors through smart automation facilities. After recognizing the door's barcode information, it produces products through one-stop automation facility lines such as auto tenonors, edge finishes, and cylinder perforations that can be found at the same time.
