울진군, 청년근로자 사랑채움사업 추진

울진군은 24일부터 4월 15일까지 ‘청년근로자 사랑채움사업’ 참여자를 모집한다고 23일 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 목돈마련을 통해 결혼 유도 및 출산율을 제고하고, 중소기업의 조기 이직 방지와 장기재직 유도로 구인난을 해소하기 위해 실시한다.

청년 근로자가 매월 15만원씩 2년간 총 360만원을 저축하면, 울진군은 700만원을 납입하여 만기 시 1,060만원과 이자를 합한 적립금을 지급하는 프로그램이다.

대상은 울진군 관내 중소기업에 근무 중이거나 주소를 둔 만 19세 이상 39세 이하인 미혼 청년근로자로, 월 300만원 또는 연 3,600만원 미만의 급여를 받는 자라면 신청이 가능하며, 최종 2명을 선발한 후 5월부터 본격적인 사업을 추진할 예정이다.
