[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경상남도는 지난 2월부터 도내 요양보호사교육원 25개소를 대상으로 점검을 실시한 결과 교육원 대표 2명을 수사기관에 형사고발하고, 21개소를 행정 처분했다고 7일 밝혔다
점검 결과에 따르면 A교육원 대표는 수강생 서명지를 오려 출석부에 풀로 부착한 건이 다수 발견되었고 교육원에서 법정 160시간 수업을 시행하지 않고 수강생들에게 미리 일괄 서명토록 하는 등 출석부를 위조했다가 적발됐다.
또한 실습연계복지시설 대표와 공모하여 수강생 주민등록번호 등 개인정보가 담겨 있는 요양보호사 자격증을 무단으로 실습연계기관 대표에게 넘겨 허위종사자로 등록하는 데 원인을 제공한 의혹이 있다.
B교육원 대표는 대구.부산.해남 등 타 지역 장거리 주소를 둔 다수의 수강생이 교육원에 참석하여 2~3개월 교육과정을 수강하였다고 출석부에 서명토록 하는 등 출석부 위조와 무단휴강으로 적발됐다.
아울러 이들 입학원서가 모두 동일인 필체로 작성되고 신청자 서명이 없는 점, 수강생 모집 시 수강을 하지 않아도 수료가 된다고 불법사항을 안내하는 등 기관을 부정 운영한 의혹도 있다.
경남도는 하반기에도 교육원을 대상으로 집중점검을 실시하여 중대한 법률위반 혐의가 적발되는 기관에 대하여는 형사고발, 행정처분 등 강력한 법적 조치를 할 예정이다.
