브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 동원F&B가 참치 명가의 노하우를 담은 ‘프리미엄 동원 참치액’을 출시했다.
‘프리미엄 동원 참치액’은 40년 이상 동원참치를 제조해온 동원F&B의 기술력을 바탕으로 만든 액상 조미료 제품이다. 훈연가다랑어(가쓰오부시) 추출물을 81.5% 함유하고 있으며, 고급 참치 어종인 황다랑어 추출물을 더해 더욱 깊고 진한 감칠맛을 느낄 수 있다.
프리미엄 동원 참치액은 참치 추출물 외에도 벌꿀, 인삼, 표고버섯, 다시마, 마늘 등 다양한 부원료가 들어있어 요리 본연의 맛과 깊은 풍미를 살려준다. 소량만으로도 요리의 감칠맛을 더해 국이나 찌개는 물론 볶음 요리와 조림, 찜 요리 등에 다양하게 활용할 수 있다.
동원F&B는 지난해 9월 ‘동원 참치액’을 처음 선보인 데 이어 이번 프리미엄 제품을 추가해 액상 조미료 시장 내 경쟁력을 강화하고, 2023년까지 100억원 규모의 제품군으로 성장시킨다는 목표다.
프리미엄 동원 참치액은 500ml 1만4980원, 900ml 2만2980원이다.
동원F&B 관계자는 “프리미엄 동원 참치액은 수산전문기업 동원의 제조 노하우를 집약한 제품인 만큼 미국, 호주 등으로 수출도 확대해나갈 계획이다”고 말했다.
