브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 한화는 7일 보도자료를 통해 ‘한화와 함께하는 서울세계불꽃축제 2022’가 오는 8일 오후 1시부터 9시 30분까지 여의도 한강공원에서 개최된다고 밝혔다.
올해 불꽃축제의 주제는 ‘We Hope Again’이다. 코로나19로 지친 일상을 ‘위로’하고 다시금 ‘꿈’과 ‘희망’의 불꽃을 쏘아 올린다는 의미다.
먼저, 오후 7시 20분 일본팀(Tamaya Kitahara Fireworks)이 첫 포문을 연다. 일본팀은 ‘희망으로 가득한 하늘(A Sky Full of Hope)’이라는 작품명으로 ‘코로나 19 팬데믹의 극복’, ‘희망으로 가득한 세상’을 표현할 예정이다.
오후 7시 40분에는 이탈리아팀(Parente Fireworks Group)이 ‘신세계(A New World)’라는 작품을 선보인다. 강렬한 음악과 어우러진 대규모 불꽃 연출이 특징인 이탈리아팀은 다시 맞이한 새로운 세상에 대한 희망의 메시지와 ‘지구를 위한 찬가’로 관람객에게 감동을 선사할 예정이다.
행사의 백미는 오후 8시부터 30분간 진행되는 한국팀(㈜한화)의 불꽃쇼다. 한화 관계자는 “3년만에 진행되는 행사인 만큼 더 깊은 감동과 더 오랜 기쁨을 드리기 위해 지난 축제보다 더 많은 화약이 투입됐다”고 저전했다. 한화는 ‘We Hope Again–별 헤는 밤’을 테마로 ‘희망’과 ‘위로’의 메시지가 담긴 불꽃쇼를 선보일 예정이다.
불꽃이 연출되는 구간은 기존 원효대교-한강철교에서 마포대교까지 확장됐다. 관람 가능 구간이 그만큼 넓어져 더 많은 관람객이 축제를 즐길 수 있게 됐다.
