[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 양산시는 25일 ‘2022년 경상남도 투자유치설명회’에서 쿠쿠전자(주) 등 2개 기업과 1,003억원 규모의 투자협약을 체결했다.
이날 행사에는 나동연 양산시장과 박완수 경남도지사, 쿠쿠전자(주) 구본학 대표이사, ㈜대한오토텍 김대형 대표이사 등을 비롯해 유관기관 및 기업 관계자들이 참석했다.
이번 투자협약에서 쿠쿠전자(주)는 가산일반산업단지에 700억원을 투자해 2만4,835㎡(7,525평) 규모의 생활가전제품 제조공장을 신설하고 350명을 신규 고용할 예정이다.
또 ㈜대한오토텍은 자동차 부품용 다이캐스팅, 가공 전문 업체로 최근 급변하는 자동차 시장에 발맞추어 전기차로의 사업재편을 위해 서창일반산업단지에 303억원 투자하여 1만588㎡(3,208평) 규모의 공장을 신설하고 37명의 고용을 창출할 계획이다.
나동연 시장은 “전 세계적인 경제성장 둔화와 고금리 등 기업들의 투자환경이 녹록치 않은 상황에서도 과감한 투자를 결정해 주신 기업측에 깊이 감사드린다”며 “앞으로도 기업이 적극 투자할 수 있는 여건 조성과 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 밝혔다.
