[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 15일 창원 편백치유의 숲에서 진해지역 아이돌보미와 운영인력 22명이 참석한 가운데 ‘아이돌보미 행복한 데이(DAY)’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 여성친화도시 5대 목표 중 가족(돌봄)친화환경 조성을 위한 돌봄노동자 지원사업의 일환으로 지난해 요양보호사와 노인돌봄서비스 종사자 성인지 관점 역량 강화 교육에 이어 올해는 아이돌보미와 운영인력 100명을 대상으로 오는 29일까지 운영할 계획이다.
또한, 이번 사업은 돌봄노동자의 역량강화를 위해 여성친화도시 시민참여단과 협력해 아동 돌봄종사자 맞춤형 양성평등교육과 함께 아이돌봄센터 돌보미들의 수요조사를 통해 선정된 숲체험, 아로마테라피, 원예치료 등 힐링 프로그램을 구성하여 진해·마산·창원권역별로 찾아가는 사업으로 진행된다.
김종필 복지여성보건국장은 “코로나19로 인해 반복된 휴원·휴교로 돌봄 공백을 완화하는데 아이돌봄지원사업이 크게 기여했다. 본 사업의 주축인 아이돌보미에게 감사드리며 이번 프로그램을 통해 돌봄노동자 스스로가 돌봄노동 가치를 높이고 역량 강화를 통해 더 나은 아이돌봄 서비스의 질을 높일 수 있는 계기가 되기를 바란다.”며 덧붙였다.
