군포여성경영인협의회, 15년 연속 장학기금 후원

군포여성경영인협의회(회장 최숙)가 지난 12월 19일 장학기금 100만원을 (재)군포사랑장학회에 기부했다. 군포여성경영인협의회는 2007년부터 올해까지 15년 연속 장학기금을 기부했다. 누적 기부액은 1,500만원이다.

군포시 출연기관인 (재)군포사랑장학회는 2007년에 설립되어 지금까지 관내 학생 2,800여명에게 43억 6백여만원의 장학금을 지급했으며 2023년도 장학생 선발은 2월말 경 선발공고가 나갈 예정이다.

군포사랑장학회 명예이사장인 하은호 군포시장은 “코로나19 여파로 인해 모두가 어려운 시기임에도 15년 연속 장학기금을 꾸준히 기탁해 주신 군포여성경영인협의회에 감사드린다”며 “소중한 기금이 미래를 짊어지고 갈 청소년들에게 큰 도움이 될 것”이라고 말했다.
