브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 2023년 신입 취업을 준비하는 대졸 구직자들이 연봉으로 ‘평균 3540만원’을 희망하는 것으로 조사됐다.
이는 지난해 동일조사 결과, 3300만원 대비 7.3%(240만원) 높은 수준으로, 대졸 신입 구직자들의 희망연봉 눈높이가 조금 높아진 것으로 보인다.
6일 잡코리아에 따르면 올해 신입직 취업을 준비하는 4년대졸 학력의 구직자 664명을 대상으로 ‘취업 목표 기업과 희망연봉 수준’에 대해 설문조사를 진행한 결과, 신입 구직자들의 희망연봉 수준은 취업 목표 기업별, 전공계열별로 다소 차이를 보였다.
취업 목표 기업별로는 ‘대기업’ 취업을 목표로 하는 신입 구직자의 희망연봉이 평균 4040만원으로 가장 높았다. 이어 △외국계기업 3870만원) △공기업/공공기관(3210만원) △중소기업(3000만원) 순이었다.
전공계열별로는 ‘이공계열’ 전공자의 희망연봉이 평균 3770만원으로 가장 높았다. 다음으로 △경상계열(3470만원) △사회과학계열(3460만원) △인문계열(3460만원) △예체능계열(3230만원) 등이었다.
아울러 올해 신입 취업을 목표로 하는 구직자 10명 중 3명은 ‘대기업’ 취업을 준비하는 것으로 조사됐다.
취업 목표 기업을 조사한 결과 ‘대기업’을 꼽은 신입 구직자가 33.6%로 가장 많았다. 이어 △중견기업(24.2%) △공기업/공공기관(22.7%) △중소기업(12.5%) 순이었다.
