브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행은 9일 보도자료를 통해 글벌가정이 국내에서 안정적으로 생활하고 적응할 수 있도록 사회정착 프로그램을 지원한다고 밝혔다.
KB국민은행은 한국가족센터협회와 함께 글로벌가정의 부모와 자녀가 함께하는 교육 프로그램을 진행할 예정이다. 특히, 한국가족센터협회의 전국 25개 센터에서 초등학교 저학년 아동을 대상으로 전래동화를 통해 흥미를 유도하고 한글과 한국사를 배울 수 있도록 지원한다. 또한, 부모를 대상으로 한국에서의 자녀양육과 자녀학습지도 교육을 위한 별도 프로그램을 지원할 계획이다.
글로벌가정 사회정착 프로그램은 이달 말까지 한국가족센터협회의 전국 25개소에서 모집하며, 연간 2학기의 프로그램을 진행할 예정이다.
KB국민은행은 관계자는 “우리 사회에 글로벌 가정이 빠르게 증가하고 있지만 많은 가정이 정착에 어려움을 겪고 있다”며 “이번 프로그램을 통해 글로벌가정이 한국 사회에 대한 이해를 넓히고, 적응할 수 있도록 아낌없이 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, KB국민은행은 북한이탈가정을 위한 문화 프로그램, 자립준비청년을 위한 KB인재양성 등 다양한 사회 구성원들의 정착을 위한 지원 사업을 진행하고 있다.
