진주시, 영농부산물 잔가지파쇄기 무상 임대

[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 수확기 이후 영농부산물 소각에 따른 화재와 미세먼지 발생 예방을 위해 ‘영농부산물 잔가지파쇄기’를 오는 4월까지 무상 임대한다.

영농부산물 잔가지파쇄기 무상 임대는 파쇄한 부산물을 퇴비로 사용함으로써 토양의 유기물 함량을 증가시키는 데도 효과가 있어 농가의 좋은 반응을 얻고 있다.

임대하는 잔가지파쇄기는 농기계임대사업소에서 보유하고 있는 2종 14대이며, 파쇄 가능한 영농부산물은 직경 10cm 미만의 잔가지, 고춧대, 깻단, 콩대 등이다.

임대 조건은 진주시에 거주하거나 경작지가 관내에 있는 농업인이라면 누구나 임대 희망일에 맞춰 1일간 무상으로 사용할 수 있지만, 반드시 농기계임대사업소 직원에게 사용방법과 안전운행 요령 등을 교육받아야 한다.
