브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 기아가 오는 20일까지 3월 대졸 신입사원 상시 채용을 진행한다고 6일 밝혔다.
이번 채용은 △eLCV(전기소형상용트럭) 비즈니스 △고객경험 △고객안전 △특수사업 △국내생산지원 △생산기획 △PT(파워트레인)사업 △상품 △구매 △연구개발 △AutoLand 화성 △AutoLand 광명 △AutoLand 광주 등 각 본부 및 사업부에서 총 33개 직무를 대상으로 이뤄진다.
채용 기간동안 기아는 현직자와 인사담당자들이 참여하는 채용설명회를 개최한다. 채용방식과 직무에 대한 소개 및 구직자들이 필요로 하는 정보를 상담을 통해 상세하게 제공할 예정이다.
또한, 기아는 6일부터 서울 및 수도권 소재 13 곳의 대학교를 찾아가 오프라인 채용 설명회를 진행한다. 10일과 17일 양일간은 메타버스를 활용한 온라인 채용 설명회도 개최할 방침이다.
기아는 지난해 하반기부터 하이브리드 채용 방식을 도입 중이다. 상반기에는 매달 직무별로 상시 채용을, 하반기에는 부문별로 일괄 채용을 실시한다.
